Proof Stationery

When you are happy with the word and font choices a proof form will be issued using your personal details. It is extremely important that you examine these proofs to ensure that all spellings of name and venues, punctuation, dates and times are correct. You will be asked to sign a declaration to confirm details or make amendments. Any alterations will be rectified and a new proof form will need to signed before proceeding with the order. When all details are confirmed I will make a proof card for you, which will be sent to you with an order form. If you are happy to proceed with the order I ask for full payment in advance as all stationery is made specifically for you.

Please note: All stationery is hand made to order and certain card and paper may vary in shade. Stock will be ordered for the full order to ensure a better match in shades. Please bear this in mind should you need to add to the order at a later date.

Favours

I will email a picture of your chosen favour for verification and will issue an order form. You may choose to have the favor complete with decoration as seen and 5 mints as a filling, or as a D.I.Y. kit for you to make up yourself or just buy the empty boxes or bags.

Payment

I can accept most major debit and credit cards (admin fee applies to credit card payment), Cheque, please write your name and address on the back of cheques, or Paypal. cash can only be accepted if you can visit me at my workshop. P&P will be from £5.00 min and will advised at time of order.

Completion Time

I normally request six weeks from receiving payment to complete the order but this may vary depending on the size of the order and how busy i am. You will be notified of the approximate time on ordering. If you need your stationery or favours in a hurry i can offer an express service which carries a 20% surcharge. This service can only be offered at less busy times and will be advised on ordering. There is no minimum order and you do not have to order in multiples of ten, (except in the D.I.Y. sets)but it is advisable to order a few extras in case of accidental damage when writing and to save extra delivery costs. Please allow 2 weeks for extra orders.

Please note: Although i ask for six weeks to complete orders taken online, it is possible to get them a lot quicker if you are able to visit me as we don't have to allow as much time for posting.

Refunds

As i do not ask for deposits in advance, and payment is only requested when the final proof card is approved, i can not give refunds. However, any stationery found to be faulty will be replaced.

Please note: Due to stationery and favours being individually hand crafted there may be slight differences between each item. This is what makes them Special and is not classed as a fault.

All items are designed and owned by 'Special Day' and cannot be copied or used in any part without my written permission. I reserve the right to display 'Special Day' contact details on all products for copyright and branding reasons. Copyright permission for use of hymns in the order of service (if required) is the responsibility of the customer.
