Order Stationery and Favours

Ordering Details

i like to offer a personal service whenever possible, so if you are able to visit me we can discuss your requirements and create the perfect stationery or Favours for your Special Day. I will make samples for you to choose from and provide proofs for you to confirm details. When a design is chosen i will create a full range of matching items to show how the look will come together on the big day. You can then decide which of the items in the range you would like to order without commitment or obligation. There is no minimum order and you can add to your order at any time.

If you are not able to visit i can still offer the same high quality stationery and favours, and the same high level of customer service. If you email me with your details, such as colours, dates, times etc, i will email pictures of samples for you to view. Order forms and proof forms can be posted or emailed for verification. If required, i can send samples to you but i will have to put a small charge on this service, priced on request. This method may take a little longer so please allow extra time for this service.

Please note: All stationery is hand made to order and certain card and paper may vary in shade. Stock will be ordered for the full order to ensure a better match in shades. Please bear this in mind should you need to add to the order at a later date.

Designs

Please choose the design you like and email me with code (hold the mouse over the image to get the code) Let me know what colour you would like for the card and any ribbons or extras as shown. i prefer to use email as a point of contact and i will respond promptly to any enquiries

Font and Word Choices

Please use the links Word Choices and Font Choices to see how to word your invitations, and how the font will look on the finished item. These fonts are samples only, if you prefer a different word or font choice just let me know and I will try to get it for you, i will be happy to email proofs so you can see how effective the right choices are.

Proofs

As soon as I get these details i will send a proof form for you to check spelling and dates etc. Your signature will be required to verify all details are correct. i will then make a proof card so that you can see how the finished item will look. If you are not able to come to me i can send this proof card to you for a small fee which will deducted from the order. An order form will be issued at this stage and full payment will be required with the completed order form.

Please note: i only order stock for the order once payment has been received, so please allow up six weeks for completion

Completion Time

I normally request six weeks from receiving payment to complete the order but this may vary depending on the size of the order and how busy I am. You will be notified of the approximate time on ordering. If you need your stationery or favours in a hurry I can offer an express service which carries a 20% surcharge. This service can only be offered at less busy times and will be advised on ordering. There is no minimum order and you do not have to order in multiples of ten, (except in the D.I.Y. sets) but it is advisable to order a few extras in case of accidental damage when writing and to save extra delivery costs. Please allow 2 weeks for extra orders.

Please note: Although i ask for six weeks to complete orders taken online, it is possible to get them a lot quicker if you are able to visit me as we don't have to allow as much time for posting. if i have the stock for your order the average time for completion is four weeks from receiving payment. the average time for express orders is two weeks from receiving payment.

Copyright

All items are designed and owned by 'Special Day' and cannot be copied or used in any part without my written permission. I reserve the right to display 'Special Day' contact details on all products for copyright and branding reasons. Copyright permission for use of hymns in the order of service (if required) is the responsibility of the customer.
